These comments are being submitted on behalf of Ebbetts Pass Forest Watch (EPFW).

The Cumulative Effects from Green House Gas (GHG) Analysis within THP 4-22-00031 TUO, hereafter referred to as South Soap. Due to the flawed and inadequate analysis of this critical issue as addressed in the following letter, EPFW considers this sufficient grounds for plan denial and believes CAL FIRE must deny approval of this plan.
